What you will do

• Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to define requirements and market strategies.
• Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, and networking platforms.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to offer negotiation.
• Coach candidates through the interview process and provide timely status updates.
• Partner with hiring leaders to provide market data and consultative recommendations.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards and accurate reporting of recruiting metrics.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen and based in the United States.
• Minimum of two years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience in engineering or manufacturing recruitment is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in ET or CT time zones.
• Strong communication skills and experience managing stakeholder relationships.

• Experience with mobile and email campaigning tools.
