TL;DR

Jr. Customer Success Manager (AI): Onboarding and managing customers for an AI-driven workflow automation platform with an accent on relationship building and value realization. Focus on guiding new clients through implementation, reducing churn, and integrating customer feedback into the product roadmap.

Location: Remote (must be based outside of the United States). Work hours: Must align with US business hours, primarily Pacific Time (PT).

What you will do

  • Build trusted relationships with customers to understand their operational needs and goals.
  • Guide new customers through the implementation, onboarding, and training phases.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and support existing customers with feature updates.
  • Contribute to support resources, including webinars, in-product guides, and the Help Center.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to relay the customer voice into product strategy.
  • Identify expansion and referral opportunities and track key metrics like churn and NPS.

Requirements

  • Must be based outside of the United States.
  • Availability to work US business hours (Pacific Time).
  • Proven experience working directly with customers or clients.
  • Background in startup, entrepreneurial, or "build-it-yourself" environments.
  • Strong self-starter mentality driven by goals and outcomes.
  • Experience experimenting with AI and automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
