Location: Hybrid in Leeds, UK (3 days onsite, 2 days from home)

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum + £2,000 annual bonus

What you will do

• Build and maintain website pages and components using Webflow and WordPress.
• Optimize onsite performance through technical SEO fixes, meta tags, schema, and image optimization.
• Analyze user behavior using GA4, Clarity, and Google Tag Manager to drive CRO and UX initiatives.
• Create landing pages and customer workflows to increase traffic and conversion rates.
• Develop product collateral and internal communications using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Implement automation and integration tasks using Zapier.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Webflow and WordPress.
• Practical knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Proficiency with SEO tools including SEMrush and Google Search Console.
• Strong analytical skills with GA4, GTM, and UX tools like Hotjar or Clarity.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Must be based in or able to commute to Leeds, UK for a hybrid schedule.
