What you will do

• Strategize and architect large-scale digital analytics implementations using GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
• Develop and operationalize GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) measurement strategies for AI-powered search experiences.
• Audit and QA implementations to identify technical gaps and recommend feasible solutions.
• Design Test & Learn programs and experimentation frameworks to distinguish correlation from incrementality.
• Build AI-assisted automations, prompts, and workflows using tools like Claude to amplify team impact.
• Manage client relationships and translate analytical findings into clear, confident executive narratives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and work continental US hours.
• Advanced expertise in analytics implementation, behavioral tracking, and ecommerce measurement.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (specifically Claude) as a daily working partner for analysis and output generation.
• Strong understanding of incrementality, lift analysis, holdout methodologies, and causal inference.
• Experience with Tag Management Systems and writing clear technical documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple complex client projects and deadlines independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, R, or data transformation workflows.
• Early exposure to LLM visibility tracking or AI search measurement.
• Experience building AI agents, internal tools, or automated workflows.
• Background working within a consulting or agency environment.
