What you will do

• Execute full-funnel copy for brand campaigns, web/app, email, performance marketing, and B2B collateral.
• Maintain and evolve hirify.global’s brand voice guidelines across all communication channels.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, CRM, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Lead long-form editorial content, including thought leadership and community content for Reddit and Meta.
• Establish prompts and guardrails for AI-assisted content using tools like Claude and ChatGPT.
• Translate complex automotive regulatory changes and market trends into intuitive, high-converting copy.

Requirements

• Strong track record in copy/content writing within a fast-paced brand or agency environment.
• Diverse portfolio featuring both short-form marketing copy and long-form editorial pieces.
• Ability to simplify complex, jargon-heavy topics into accessible narratives.
• Experience integrating AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) into daily workflows with a focus on prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of SEO and visibility in generative AI search engines.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and defending creative points of view.
