• Collaborate with the team to maintain services in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or Systems Operations Center (SOC/SNOC).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot in multi-vendor environments.
• Experience working within structured ITSM or change management frameworks.
• Ability to operate in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.
• Must be based in Porto, Portugal for hybrid work.
