Salary: €5,000 - €6,600 gross / month

What you will do

• Improve financial processes, identify and manage financial risks.
• Monitor daily cash balances and develop cash flow forecasts to optimize liquidity.
• Support senior leadership in budgeting and reporting processes to align with corporate goals.
• Oversee company policies and manage an investment portfolio to balance risk and return.
• Coordinate with banks and negotiate terms and fees for cost-effective services.
• Lead end-to-end audit processes and manage a team of finance specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management.
• Deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and finance strategy.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Lithuania (Hybrid).
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
