- Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Lead annual budgeting, roll-forward forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Track and interpret key SaaS metrics like NRR, ROAS, and CAC.
- Build ad-hoc decision-support analyses for business units and senior management.
- Support acquisition modeling, financial due diligence, and valuation on live deals.
- Screen potential targets and perform scenario analysis to pressure-test deal assumptions.
Требования
- 3+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, Big 4, or transaction advisory.
- Higher education degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business administration.
- Advanced Excel skills and proven ability to build financial models from scratch.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian is required.
- Hands-on experience with monthly reporting, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Strong analytical judgment and ability to communicate complex data to senior stakeholders.

- Familiarity with SaaS business metrics (ARR, retention).
- Working knowledge of IFRS.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
