What you will do

• Monitor costs and conduct variance analysis to ensure financial health.
• Execute financial controls and verify operational data for accuracy.
• Provide timely responses to finance-related inquiries from cross-functional teams.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare internal financial reports.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in financial controlling, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and data modeling.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
