A fast-growing Electronic Money Institution (EMI) headquartered in Vilnius, serving international clients with payment and financial services.

What you will do

• Perform daily reconciliations and safeguarding activities in line with regulatory expectations.
• Monitor and ensure timely processing of SEPA, SEPA Instant, and cross-border payments.
• Investigate and resolve failed, delayed, rejected, or returned payments.
• Provide accurate transaction reports and account statements upon request.
• Support the design and development of reconciliation and monitoring tools.
• Act as a backup for FinOps and broader operations as needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within an EMI, fintech, or related environment.
• Solid understanding of payment flows including SEPA and cross-border transactions.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail for identifying discrepancies.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Lithuanian is considered a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model based in Vilnius.
