What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements for digital projects and initiatives.
• Analyze existing digital processes and systems to identify optimization opportunities.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications, use cases, and process flows for IT teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinements, demos, and retrospectives.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure developed features align with business requirements and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
• Perform data analysis and monitor digital performance metrics to provide growth recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Proven experience working on mobile or web front-end digital products with a strong understanding of UX/UI.
• Proficiency in product development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
• Deep understanding of the Scrum framework and experience leading its activities.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate/Advanced.
• Working hours: Early start (around 07:00–07:30 EET).

Nice to have

• Professional certifications: Business Analyst, Product Owner, or PSM.
• Experience with mobile app analytic tools and digital performance metrics.
• Knowledge of the Waterfall methodology.
