What you will do

  • Drive business growth by delivering key customer-related KPIs for both passengers and drivers.
  • Shape the country-level marketing strategy across digital, media, partnerships, and offline channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning by leveraging local insights and global guidelines.
  • Supervise creative materials to ensure resonance with the local audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Business Development, and PR.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with local brands.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital consumer marketing experience in a global company.
  • 3+ years in a similar role within the tech industry, preferably ride-hailing.
  • Fluent Spanish and English proficiency.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple marketing projects and agencies.
  • Strong data and analytical skills for strategy development and campaign evaluation.
  • Experience working in multi-cultural, matrix-structured teams.
