What you will do
- Design and build backend systems that scale AI solutions for 167K+ customers.
- Develop robust data collection and processing pipelines for training and consuming machine learning models.
- Build production services to serve AI models reliably and at scale.
- Contribute to evolving agentic architecture to make AI agents more self-sufficient and performant.
- Partner with product managers, machine learning engineers, and data scientists to deliver real-world impact.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend systems and distributed architectures.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying generative AI and agentic AI applications into production, including prompt engineering, few-shot learning, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
- Proficiency in Python and modern backend frameworks (FastAPI, Django preferred).
- Experience with big data tools (Apache Spark, Hadoop) and asynchronous/distributed task queues (Celery, Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ, Redis).
- Strong database and ORM knowledge (SQLAlchemy, Alembic) and ability to design robust APIs.
- Comfort with cloud-native architectures (AWS), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
Nice to have
- Experience training ML models and deploying them in production to drive business impact.
- Experience with reinforcement learning.
