TL;DR
UI/UX Designer: Transforming wireframes into high-fidelity mockups for major SaaS brands with an accent on conversion rate optimization and brand consistency. Focus on creating responsive, pixel-perfect designs in Figma and collaborating within a large, fast-paced design team.
Location: Must be based in Ukraine with a requirement to overlap 4-5 hours with US Eastern Standard Time (8 AM - 1 PM EST).

What you will do
- Convert wireframes into high-fidelity, conversion-focused mockups.
- Maintain and apply client brand guidelines and house styles.
- Collaborate with a team of 20+ designers on large-scale SaaS projects.
- Iterate on designs based on performance data and feedback.
- Manage design assets, style libraries, and developer handovers in Figma.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Expertise in Figma, including style libraries, responsive autolayout, and developer handovers.
- Intermediate or better English proficiency.
- Ability to work a 4-5 hour overlap with US Eastern Standard Time.
- Must be based in Ukraine.
- Portfolio demonstrating at least two Figma projects.
