What you will do

• Serve as a bridge between non-technical stakeholders and Enterprise Security Technology teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Drive end-to-end coordination of workstreams, including planning, tracking, and execution of timelines and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain operational playbooks, process maps, and reporting dashboards.
• Design and implement scalable processes to improve efficiency and operational maturity.
• Lead prioritization efforts across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Act as a primary liaison for Enterprise Security Technology, ensuring seamless communication across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management within complex, cross-functional environments.
• 5+ years of experience in private sector safety and security or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead execution across both technical and non-technical teams in enterprise-scale organizations.
• Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into clear project plans.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience producing executive-level updates.
• Ability to operate independently with limited oversight while maintaining accountability.
