Field Service Engineer (Superyachts)

Location: Based in Lisse, Netherlands. Open to candidates relocating from Portugal.

Salary: €3,000 – €4,200 gross monthly

What you will do

• Install new aluminium automated doors on superyachts, including drives, door panels, and control systems.
• Connect, test, and commission automated door systems on board.
• Perform international service and maintenance, primarily in the Mediterranean and Caribbean regions.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, shipyards, and yacht crews to ensure high-quality installation.

Requirements

• Technical vocational education in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of drives, control systems, and mechanical assemblies.
• Experience working with aluminium and stainless steel.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Must be willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Willingness to travel internationally and occasionally spend nights away from home.

Nice to have

• Experience in the superyacht industry, shipbuilding, yacht refit, or marine service.
