Location: Must be based in Vienna or willing to relocate to Austria (Hybrid).

What you will do
- Conduct due diligence on potential first-time fund managers and report findings to founders.
- Participate in fundraising efforts, including creating marketing materials and managing investor documentation.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and prospective Limited Partners (LPs).
- Analyze financial data and market trends to assess investment strategies and portfolio performance.
- Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and reporting processes.
- Represent the firm at industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- English proficiency required (German is a plus).
- Must be based in Vienna or willing to relocate.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science or business.
- At least 2 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a startup.
- Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work strategically in a team.
