What you will do

• Support the accounting team with daily finance and accounting activities.
• Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with account reconciliations and investigations of discrepancies.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with international teams using modern digital accounting tools.

Requirements

• Completed commercial education (HAK, FH, Bachelor or similar).
• Fluent German and English skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proactive mindset and high attention to detail.
• Must be based in Vienna.

Nice to have

• First practical experience through internships, student jobs or apprenticeships.
• Basic Excel skills.
• Initial exposure to accounting or ERP software.
