What you will do

• Manage duration and liquidity mismatches between liabilities and assets while optimizing retail product funding.
• Build and execute the end-to-end Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) framework with regular stress-testing.
• Oversee daily cash management, real-time clearing, and multi-currency settlement operations.
• Design and execute comprehensive FX hedging policies to mitigate currency risks from retail deposits and stablecoin exposures.
• Lead the enhancement and integration of the Treasury Management System (TMS) with banking APIs and blockchain analytics.
• Build, mentor, and lead a world-class, cross-functional treasury team across multiple geographic locations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading sophisticated treasury operations, including ALM and product governance.
• Proven track record in a senior treasury leadership role managing high-performing finance teams.
• Deep understanding of multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks (FMA, FCA, VARA) and prudential capital compliance.
• Expertise in scaling Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and bridging traditional banking infrastructures with digital assets.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and stress-testing for balance sheet simulations.
