Location: Must be based in Elsbethen, Austria
Salary: Minimum €2,362 gross per month (significantly higher based on market-oriented compensation)

What you will do
- Support the development of global controlling guidelines, KPIs, and reporting standards for distribution partner management.
- Act as a finance knowledge hub for all distribution partner and field sales-related topics.
- Coordinate the worldwide distribution partner planning and recharge process.
- Analyze global distribution partner sales volume, value, and trade investments.
- Improve internal reporting tools and dashboards to enhance transparency.
- Challenge value chain, pricing, and promotional development in distribution partner markets.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant finance experience, ideally as a sales controller in the FMCG industry.
- University degree in business administration or finance.
- Fluency in English required.
- Proficiency in financial software such as Excel, SAP, Hyperion, or BI planning tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional travel (0-10%).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of advanced analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python.
