What you will do

  • Lead the overall commercial strategy, sales execution, and marketing initiatives to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Define and execute the growth strategy for the Quebec and Canadian markets, including customer acquisition and brand positioning.
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with healthcare organizations, government agencies, and regional health authorities.
  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline and forecast bookings to ensure achievement of annual growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Customer Success to align commercial strategies with the product roadmap.
  • Mentor and scale a high-performing sales and marketing organization focused on accountability and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must have deep healthcare industry expertise and a respected industry presence.
  • Deep local market expertise in Quebec and Canada is required.
  • Proven experience in executive leadership of sales, business development, and marketing functions.
  • Ability to engage regularly with government interactions and industry events to build long-term credibility.
  • Strong track record in identifying and closing strategic opportunities to accelerate revenue growth.
