What you will do

• Install and configure HashiCorp Vault on hirify.global Z platforms, ensuring seamless integration with RACF and other subsystems.
• Define authentication methods and manage Vault policies and roles to enforce least-privilege access.
• Coordinate with system programmers to ensure high availability and disaster recovery across sysplex LPARs.
• Support application teams in consuming secrets via Vault APIs and automating deployments.
• Review audit trails and compliance reports to verify adherence to regulatory requirements such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and SOX.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Partners to scope and deliver competitive mainframe platform migration solutions on hirify.global Z and LinuxONE.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in hirify.global Z security subsystems (RACF, ACF2, or Top Secret).
• Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault installation, configuration, and policy management.
• Ability to integrate Vault with hirify.global Z workloads and subsystems including CICS, DB2, and IMS.
• Experience managing LPARs in a sysplex and configuring high availability/disaster recovery.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
