What you will do

• Assess the people, process, and technical dimensions of client cybersecurity posture.
• Develop master plans and cybersecurity programs based on industry standards like NERC CIP, NIST, and IEC 62443.
• Conduct onsite assessments, risk workshops, and vulnerability scanning of customer networks.
• Implement security technologies and perform architecture analysis for industrial control systems.
• Manage project delivery teams, including hiring, training, and day-to-day supervision.
• Identify new sales opportunities and manage client relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (No visa sponsorship available).
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in a business or consulting environment.
• Proven ability to assess security architectures of OT networks.
• Experience applying common OT standards and regulations (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443, NERC CIP).
• Ability to travel to client sites for assessments and implementation work.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in a business/consulting environment.
• Experience with OT penetration testing or red teaming.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring technologies like Nozomi, Dragos, Tenable, or Claroty.
• Graduate degree.
• 2+ years of business development experience.
