What you will do

• Analyze and verify monitoring alerts to perform incident identification, classification, and prioritization.
• Develop and maintain monitoring alerts based on the correlation of multiple data sources.
• Operate and maintain Windows Desktop, Windows Server, and Linux operating systems.
• Manage and maintain network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and IDS/IPS.
• Support IT services such as Active Directory, file systems, antivirus, and backups.
• Respond to security incidents and investigations following SLA requirements and ITSM processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Mason, Ohio, USA.
• 1+ year of experience in a customer service monitoring operational environment.
• Strong technical understanding of network fundamentals and common internet protocols.
• ITSM foundation training is required.
• Fluent English language skills (verbal and written) are required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
