Security Analyst

What you will do

• Detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents such as phishing and malware.
• Perform proactive threat hunting and vulnerability assessments to identify potential risks.
• Enhance detection capabilities and security architecture for diverse client environments.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to improve security posture.
• Provide expert recommendations on security, business, and usability trade-offs.
• Participate in regular on-call duties within a structured team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Security Analyst, Security Engineer, or in Penetration Testing.
• University degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong technical background in threat hunting, vulnerability management, and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, cloud security, IAM, and Zero Trust architectures.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex security concepts clearly.
• Must be based in or able to work from Schlieren, Switzerland, with flexibility for hybrid office attendance.
