• Provide real-time professional support to travelers and vendors during night shifts.
• Maintain accurate traveler profiles and assist with booking and policy reports.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with native Sabre GDS for booking, ticketing, and refunds.
• Deep knowledge of airline fare rules and general ticketing procedures.
• Experience handling corporate or entertainment travel bookings.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently during night shifts and handle time-sensitive requests.
