What you will do

• Plan, book, and manage radio airtime campaigns aligned with agency deals and inventory targets
• Deliver high-quality customer service through efficient campaign turnaround
• Monitor client spend to identify and drive new revenue opportunities
• Support Account Managers with reporting and Post Campaign Analysis presentations
• Negotiate proposals to maximize opportunities for agencies and the company
• Provide agencies with competitor reports, RAJAR figures, and programming updates

Requirements

• Strong experience in customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident telephone manner
• Good numeracy skills and high attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Passion for media sales and Bauer’s brands
