What you will do

• Define and execute data science strategy aligned to business objectives and KPIs
• Lead and mentor data scientists and analysts
• Drive workforce transformation and modernization initiatives aligned with business strategy
• Establish modeling, analytics, and governance best practices
• Design KPI frameworks for workforce optimization, utilization, NPS, revenue, and other operational metrics
• Build and scale Power BI dashboards and deliver agentic AI solutions to automate workflows

Requirements

• Advanced data analysis and statistical modeling expertise
• Experience developing and managing forecasting models for revenue planning, utilization optimization, and workforce supply/demand balancing
• Strong Power BI experience (dashboards, semantic models, KPI reporting)
• Experience with agentic AI or AI-driven workflow automation
• Deep understanding of delivery/professional services KPIs (demand/supply, utilization, NPS, revenue)
• Experience building enterprise data governance frameworks
