What you will do

• Lead the data, analytics, and AI engineering strategy, translating priorities into operating plans and investment priorities.
• Direct long-range planning, architecture, and resource allocation for enterprise data engineering and science capabilities.
• Manage subordinate managers and senior leaders across data engineering, data science, and governance.
• Modernize the data and AI technology landscape and establish engineering practices for reliability and scalability.
• Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to operationalize AI capabilities that improve patient care and decision-making.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and responsible use in collaboration with cybersecurity and compliance teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work in Columbus, OH (Hybrid).
• Strong knowledge of deploying data science, ML, and AI at scale.
• Proven experience leading transformational change and technical landscape modernization.
• Expertise in healthcare operations or a strong quantitative mindset applied to the healthcare domain.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills across all organizational levels.
