HR and Admin Officer (Humanitarian)

Location: Must be based in Kharkiv, Ukraine and have the legal right to work in Ukraine (no visa sponsorship provided).

What you will do

• Manage official correspondence, schedule meetings, and coordinate office visitors.
• Organize staff business travel, including transport, hotel reservations, and per diem payments.
• Oversee office supplies and the maintenance of office premises, guest houses, and apartments.
• Handle hiring, travel, and vacation orders for national staff and maintain updated schedules.
• Support the recruitment process for Grade 1-5 positions and implement onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Administer employee personnel files and ensure compliance with Ukrainian legislation and internal SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and operational activities.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.
• Working knowledge of English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Legal right to work in Ukraine.
