Location: Hybrid (Kyiv, Ukraine). Must be based in Kyiv and able to work from the office at least 2 days per week

What you will do
- Manage the Ukrainian coworking space and maintain vendor relationships.
- Own end-to-end corporate event organization (online and offline), including venue sourcing, catering, and logistics.
- Handle financial administration: check invoices, manage approval systems, and monitor budget spending.
- Coordinate employee benefit programs (psychological support, language learning) and corporate apartment bookings in Malaga.
- Oversee asset management for company hardware such as laptops, monitors, and phones.
- Execute internal communications, including team updates, birthday greetings, and organizing welcome packs.
Requirements
- Conversational English (B1–B2) for daily communication with international colleagues and partners.
- Fluent or native Ukrainian.
- Experience in office management, administration, or people-facing operational roles.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and online tools for tracking and reporting.
Nice to have
- Experience working within an international or distributed company.
- Familiarity with asset-tracking tools (e.g., Snipe-IT) or approval systems (e.g., Kissflow).
- Previous experience managing vendor relationships or event budgets.
