What you will do
- Manage the coworking front desk, including member welcoming, mail handling, and office supply management.
- Conduct regular floor walks to ensure workspaces, meeting rooms, and amenities remain in top condition.
- Collaborate with facilities, cleaning, and F&B teams to resolve space issues promptly.
- Foster a connected community by engaging with members daily and gathering feedback.
- Guide members through TSH products, add-ons, and community events.
- Support flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, for events and onboarding.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Background in hospitality, coworking, or event management.
- Strong customer service orientation and community-building skills.
- Ability to handle high-energy environments and manage peak times effectively.
- Natural problem-solving skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Must be based in Barcelona for this onsite role.
