What you will do

• Maintain an organized and functional workspace, coordinating with landlords and service providers to resolve office-related issues.
• Manage recurring suppliers, groceries, IT needs, and monitor office stock levels.
• Coordinate visitor logistics, ensuring meeting rooms, catering, and materials are ready for guests.
• Support the organization of team-building activities, lunches, and employee engagement events in Barcelona.
• Review invoices and purchase documentation for the Operations team to ensure timely payments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in office management, workplace coordination, or hospitality.
• Based in Barcelona, Castelldefels, or nearby areas.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, practical mindset to anticipate office needs.
• Ability to work onsite as the primary point of contact for facilities and visitors.
