What you will do

• Place and manage recruitment orders across various panel vendors.
• Review and interpret customer requirements to ensure accurate study setup.
• Monitor order progress and proactively flag potential delays or issues.
• Troubleshoot common fulfillment issues, such as low incidence or screener drop-off.
• Maintain accurate order records and detailed documentation.
• Perform quality checks on responses submitted by participants.

Requirements

• Proven coordination experience managing multiple workflows and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in execution.
• Process-driven approach to following established workflows and delivering consistently.
• Fluent English (C1+) with strong written communication skills.
• Must be based in the UK, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, or Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Background in research or research operations.
• Experience writing or reviewing screener questions.
• Familiarity with B2B audience targeting and quota-based study setups.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
