Salary: $80,000 – $100,000

What you will do

• Lead the daily activities of project lifecycles including planning, execution, cutover, and closure.
• Act as a customer-facing leader, managing complex client projects and internal initiatives simultaneously.
• Develop project plans and timelines that balance speed-to-market with quality standards.
• Serve as a liaison between external clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Analyze project priorities, risks, and requirements while providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Present complex information and project status to leadership using data-driven presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution.
• 1+ year of experience as a business analyst or project manager.
• Demonstrated project management skills and leadership ability.
• High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to work onsite in Chicago 50% of the week.

Nice to have

• Experience with MercuryGate or OTM TMS.
• Experience with customer implementation or integration projects.
• Experience managing complex programs.
