What you will do

• Select and analyze key product metrics to identify growth opportunities and feature improvements.
• Design and interpret A/B tests to validate product hypotheses.
• Assess the potential profit and impact of new product features.
• Collaborate with data teams to optimize data flows and build product data marts.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance product usability and user experience.
• Maintain comprehensive analytics system documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data or product analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools like Tableau or Redash.
• Solid mathematical background including statistics, optimization, and causal inference.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and designing data marts.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
