Product Lead (SportX / Provlepsi)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus (hybrid preferred); remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates.

hirify.global develops and operates SportX / Provlepsi, a sportsbook and prediction markets product with millions of transactions and active users across multiple markets.

What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap across web and mobile.
• Prioritize features using user needs, business goals, data, and technical constraints.
• Lead product initiatives from discovery through launch and measure their results.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Trading, and Business teams to deliver product goals.
• Improve player experience, onboarding, market discovery, trading flows, and engagement.
• Define and monitor product and business KPIs while using market insights to guide decisions.

Requirements

• Proven Product Management experience in sportsbook products.
• Experience owning a product or major product area end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of sportsbook and trading products.
• Experience defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong prioritization, decision-making, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Fluent English required.
