What you will do

• Drive the product roadmap for SportX / Provlepsi across web and mobile platforms.
• Define and optimize player experience, including market discovery, trading flow, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with engineering and trading teams to deliver scalable product solutions.
• Analyze player behavior and market trends to guide data-driven product decisions.
• Translate complex trading and sportsbook mechanics into engaging user interfaces.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for engagement, retention, and conversion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in sportsbook, gaming, fintech, or prediction markets.
• Strong understanding of sportsbook and trading products.
• Experience managing complex roadmaps and working cross-functionally with engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and product thinking.
• Fluent English.
• Based in Limassol, Cyprus (Hybrid), though remote may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Nice to have

• Experience with prediction markets or exchanges such as Polymarket, Kalshi, or Betfair Exchange.
• Background in real-money gaming or B2C entertainment products.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
