What you will do

• Lead GTM planning for hirify.global AI Ecosystem launches, updates, and adoption initiatives.
• Translate product changes and model-related updates into clear messaging and effective launch plans.
• Develop supporting assets for web, blog posts, newsletters, social content, and internal materials.
• Coordinate with Product, Research, Developer Advocacy, and Marketing teams for smooth launches.
• Synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights to improve positioning.
• Track campaign performance and optimize go-to-market motions over time.

Requirements

• Experience in product marketing or GTM in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or AI products.
• Ability to translate complex technical product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging.
• Strong writing and communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Organized and proactive approach to managing several workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong sense of what makes technical marketing credible for developer audiences.

• Experience marketing AI-powered products specifically.
• Experience with fast release cycles and frequent product updates.
