What you will do

• Define and execute a quarterly roadmap of high-leverage technical builds.
• Identify and automate repetitive marketing tasks using AI agents and custom workflows.
• Develop systems to scale ABX operations and personalized content generation.
• Connect disparate data sources to build a centralized Growth Marketing OS.
• Run experiments and discovery to identify and unlock new growth levers in the funnel.
• Collaborate across the marketing team to act as a force multiplier for growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to commute to the office 2 days per week.
• Proven experience managing marketing campaigns, channels, and funnels.
• Strong ability to build with AI, including prompt chaining and agent automation.
• Data literacy and systems thinking with the ability to document scope and plans.
• Comfortable working with low/no-code platforms and wiring up APIs.
• Resourceful problem-solver capable of handling open-ended technical challenges.

Nice to have

• Portfolio of shipped projects demonstrating real marketing outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with modern martech stacks and web CMS.
• Experience pulling and shaping data from APIs for actionable insights.
