What you will do

• Own and operate the HubSpot instance, managing workflows, lifecycle stages, and data hygiene to ensure scalability.
• Design performance dashboards and reports for marketing, sales, CS, and partnership teams to track funnel metrics and attribution.
• Operationalize campaign execution, including tracking setup, landing page forms, and UTM configuration.
• Monitor automation health and proactively resolve issues with workflows, deliverability, and scoring models.
• Identify and automate inefficiencies across go-to-market teams to reduce manual workload.
• Develop lead scoring models and maintain detailed system documentation in Notion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing automation and HubSpot management.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows, lists, lead scoring, and reporting.
• Proven track record of building and optimizing email nurture flows and lifecycle programs.
• Experience collaborating with Sales and Growth teams to align on shared processes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to communicate data-driven findings clearly.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
