What you will do

• Own end-to-end UX design for Foundation-owned web products from discovery to final specs.
• Conduct user research and synthesize insights to drive clear product decisions.
• Define information architecture, user flows, and interaction patterns for complex data-intensive interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ship high-quality, well-considered experiences.
• Contribute visual design polish and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability.
• Advocate for the user in cross-functional discussions while balancing business and technical constraints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX depth.
• Proven ability to design complex B2B or professional-grade web products.
• Deep familiarity with Figma and design systems.
• Experience with AI design-to-code tools and basic frontend languages (HTML, CSS, JS).
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design for scale and edge cases.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for institutional users, financial institutions, or developer tooling.
• Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, or crypto products.
• Experience with token management, onchain data, or DeFi interfaces.
• Background in the intersection of finance and technology.
