What you will do

• Apply structured change management approaches across five OCM phases to deliver successful transformations.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments and impact analyses to tailor communication and training strategies.
• Develop program narratives and deliver targeted communications to inspire and inform stakeholders.
• Design learning deliverables and support end-user training while tracking adoption progress.
• Mobilize change champions and gather feedback to ensure sustainable engagement.
• Partner with project managers, sponsors, and business leaders to align change strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyze data, assess impacts, and develop actionable plans.
• Hands-on experience leading complex organizational change initiatives.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain

Nice to have

• OCM certifications such as Prosci or ACMP.
• Technical certifications in ITIL or Agile.
• Experience in risk management and process design.
• Financial acumen and understanding of budgeting processes.
