What you will do

• Conduct initial lead screening to ensure alignment with company standards.
• Manage lead and application workflows within Salesforce to track progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales and CRM teams to facilitate smooth lead handovers.
• Monitor client profiles to ensure timely technical sign-off and platform activation.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients to provide guidance and resolve onboarding queries.
• Support the Onboarding Team Leader with reporting, special projects, and programme upsells.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English and German (written and spoken).
• Experience in customer support, account management, or onboarding, preferably in SaaS or affiliate marketing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on client success.
• Collaborative team player comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
