What you will do

  • Design, implement, and maintain rendering systems and graphics features in Unreal Engine.
  • Develop high-performance GPU and CPU code with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
  • Optimize rendering performance across modern hardware platforms.
  • Investigate and resolve complex rendering and visual issues.
  • Use graphics profiling and debugging tools (PIX, RenderDoc, NVIDIA Nsight) to identify bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with gameplay, engine, and technical art teams to contribute to engine architecture.

Requirements

  • Strong professional experience with modern C++ in a production environment.
  • Solid experience with Unreal Engine rendering systems and graphics pipeline.
  • Deep understanding of real-time rendering techniques and GPU architecture.
  • Knowledge of rendering pipelines, lighting, shadows, materials, and shaders.
  • Experience with graphics debugging tools like PIX, RenderDoc, NVIDIA Nsight, and Unreal Insights.
  • English: Upper-intermediate (B2) spoken and written proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Console development experience (PlayStation 5 / Xbox Series X|S).
  • Knowledge of Vulkan and/or Metal.
  • Experience with Render Graphs, Resource management, and Asset streaming.
  • Familiarity with modern temporal rendering (TAA, TSR, Upscaling, Dynamic Resolution Scaling).
  • Experience building tools and workflows for Technical Artists.
