What you will do
- Strategically manage existing client accounts and identify new business opportunities across diverse markets.
- Generate qualified leads through face-to-face visits, phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Develop and implement customized sponsorship packages tailored to client needs and market positions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the customer journey using the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Represent the company at national and international industry events.
Requirements
- University degree and at least three years of experience in sales or account management.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Turkish.
- Must be based in the Istanbul office (Şişli).
- Valid driving license with active car use.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Nice to have
- Experience in events, media, or related industries.
- Prior experience working with CRM systems.
