Salary: Annual base $200,000–$230,000 USD + 10–15% performance bonus and equity

What you will do
- Define and drive the end-to-end product strategy for customer experience, spanning dispatch, settlement, and metering data.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers in a player-coach capacity to increase execution velocity.
- Transform high-touch, service-heavy customer journeys into scalable, self-serve product experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver technically complex energy solutions.
- Own key business outcomes including engagement, retention, and settlement accuracy per asset managed.
- Balance long-term product vision with day-to-day discovery, experimentation, and iterative delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with 3+ years leading and scaling product teams in high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in energy markets (demand response, distributed energy resources, grid services, or energy storage).
- Proven success building data-intensive, financially driven products into self-serve experiences.
- Ability to simplify complex financial and operational systems into trustworthy customer experiences.
- Experience scaling AI-driven tools within product teams to improve discovery and delivery.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
