What you will do

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex technical systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with goals.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems for cross-product consistency.
• Define and advocate for user-centered design best practices throughout the design process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent experience.
• Experience in product/UX design with shipped work in complex or multi-step applications.
• Proficiency in Figma and FigJam, with strength in interaction design and prototyping.
• Experience conducting usability studies and synthesizing findings.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end problem solving within a team environment.
• Experience with data-heavy products, including tables, filters, and validation states.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with accessibility, localization, and performance considerations.
• Exposure to design tokens and component libraries.
