What you will do

• Execute manual, exploratory, and regression testing for new features and production fixes.
• Develop high-quality test plans and test cases with full traceability.
• Validate backend data using SQL Server Management Studio and verify file integrations.
• Validate document outputs and compliance workflows using Azure Document Intelligence.
• Reproduce customer-reported issues and provide frontline support for hotfixes and patches.
• Demo new features and fixes to Compliance, Customer, and Product teams.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in manual testing.
• Ability to test and validate complex business workflows across distributed systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in capturing evidence and defects.

Nice to have

• Experience within the Mortgage or FinTech industries.
• A desire to learn automation utilizing AI tooling.
