What you will do

• Create and execute detailed test plans, cases, and scenarios for web applications and APIs.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright and Cypress, supporting the migration between frameworks.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across multiple browsers.
• Validate API behavior and data integrity using Postman and SQL.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and analyze quality risks for release readiness.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools like Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT to enhance test generation and defect analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Hands-on experience with Cypress and a strong interest in or experience with Playwright.
• Proven experience in combining both manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency in API testing methodologies and strong SQL knowledge.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in South America.

Nice to have

• Experience with Playwright in production environments.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with performance or load testing tools.
• Familiarity with AI-driven development tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience testing workflow-driven or business process management platforms.
