What you will do
- Monitor, reconcile, and settle daily payment transactions across various methods (card, bank transfer, digital wallets).
- Investigate payment exceptions and discrepancies with internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare management insights on payment costs, revenue optimization, and customer behavior.
- Assist in applying AML, KYC, and PCI-DSS regulatory requirements within payment operations.
- Map and document payment processes to identify and resolve inefficiencies or manual dependencies.
- Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Tech teams to optimize payment journeys for clients.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore.
- Ability to commit to a 6-month internship period.
- Bachelor's Degree or above (final year students or fresh graduates).
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset for reconciliation and reporting accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
